Working directly with the Global Controller, you will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring U.S. GAAP compliance, driving J-SOX internal control standards, and interfacing with external auditors and international stakeholders. Note: This position focuses on global multi-entity accounting and parent-level consolidation; SEC filing experience is NOT required.salary: $105,000 - $120,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Global Consolidation: Own month-end close and consolidation across global B2B/B2C entities, including foreign exchange (FX) reviews, intercompany eliminations, and statutory-to-U.S. GAAP adjustments. Parent Company Deliverables: Prepare monthly consolidation packages and financial analysis for ultimate parent company reporting. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audit requests, support SOX compliance, and maintain robust internal controls. Technical Accounting: Research ASC updates, evaluate complex transactions, and draft accounting position memos. B2B Financial Statements: Prepare management accounts, audited financial statements, and tie-out packages. Key Qualifications Experience: Technical accounting background; public accounting audit experience strongly preferred. Credentials: CPA designation preferred. Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP with working knowledge of IFRS. Advanced Excel skills required. Skills: Experience managing global month-end close timelines, complex intercompany transactions, and internal control frameworks (SOX/J-SOX).
