Our client is an investment manager. They seek a Manager of Financial Planning to join their Rowayton, CT office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee trader compensation data and maintain accurate compensation records and reporting
- Calculate monthly and annual incentive compensation in accordance with established policies and business requirements
- Coordinate with Corporate Accounting and external auditors to support year-end audits across domestic and international entities
- Contribute to monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning activities
- Analyze financial results and compensation trends to support management reporting and business decision-making
- Develop ad hoc financial analyses, models, and reports to support strategic initiatives and special projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in trader compensation from a hedge fund
- Strong analytical skills
- Sharp attention to detail and time management skills
