In this role, the Manager will be in constant contact with the PXP CFO and FP&A Director, the US FP&A team, and Finance Directors within the PXP agencies. The Manager will report to one of the FP&A and Client Reporting Directors within the East BI Hub.Responsibilities:Support the PXP CFO and FP&A Director with day-to-day financial and analytical tasksAutonomously manage monthly and recurring FP&A deliverables and oversee workload coordination in partnership with the FP&A DirectorPrepare and deliver monthly financial reporting, highlighting risks and opportunities with timely and accurate analysisLead recurring reporting activities, ensuring processes are efficient and proactive corrective actions are taken in coordination with the FP&A DirectorSupport monthly financial reporting including P&L and Trade Working Capital (overdue, receivables, WIP) for actuals, forecasts, and budgets, including revenue reporting and agency profitabilityWork closely with the FP&A Director on cost analysis, HFM organizational structure, and relationship management with agency finance leadsAnalyze budget versus actual costs to ensure PXP profitability targets are metAnalyze Business Development data through Salesforce, including pitch activity and prospecting financials, to ensure alignment with forecasting and budgetingCollect, consolidate, and analyze recurring financial requests across the PXP perimeterCollaborate with Group Corporate Finance and support the FP&A Director on special and cross-functional projects as neededDrive reporting accuracy and partner with other FP&A Managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial analysis, reporting, and recommendationsPerform variance analysis of actuals versus budget and forecast across all P&L line items and headcountIndicative Tasks and Processes:Actuals, rolling forecasts, and commitmentsTop client analysis and reportingOrganic growth calculationsRegional bonus pool trackingTrade Working Capital analysisCapex and lease formsSalesforce data reporting and analysisMonthly tracking of new business pitch costsBusiness review presentations (PowerPoint creation, consolidation, and analysis)Forecast presentations (PowerPoint creation, consolidation, and analysis)Support and coordination of business transfers and comparable restatementsQualifications:Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, and/or AuditFast learner with the ability to prioritize effectively, maximize efficiency, and collaborate with management to meet deadlinesStrong ability to build positive working relationships with PXP Finance Directors and US FP&A teamsAbility to work remotely as neededComfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detailSolid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting PrinciplesExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamStrong systems, interpersonal, and communication skillsHigh sense of ownership and urgencyAdvanced Excel proficiency (macros are a plus)Required experience with HFM (Hyperion), SmartView, or EssbaseProficiency in PowerPointSalesforce experience is a plusAdditional information:Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
