Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (Hybrid)Our Enterprise Services & Staff Finance team is seeking a Manager of Finance to lead the financial planning and analysis for our Global Workplace Services organization, which is the organization that supports our office footprint strategy and budget. In this role, you will play a key role in influencing how Capital One manages our global real estate footprint and investments we make to enhance the associate experience.The ideal candidate will provide financial leadership and strong influence, communication, and problem solving competencies to effectively:Partner with leadership and business teams to assess the financial implications of real estate investments across the organizationDevelop and report on the financial forecast for the enterprise real estate footprint, providing critical transparency into the impacts of our geographic strategy over the long term.Proactively identify and address potential financial issues and opportunities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationshipsGeneral Responsibilities:Drive financial stewardship by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, transforming complex operating data into actionable insights for leadershipTranslate complex financial data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations that inform and influence executive-level decision makingServe as a strategic advisor to business partners, challenging assumptions, managing cost drivers, and optimizing resource allocation to support long term goalsLead complex, cross-functional workstreams, maintaining agility in high-pressure environments while ensuring the delivery of high-impact strategic projectsChampion continuous process improvement, identifying opportunities to leverage AI-driven insights and automation to streamline workflows and maximize team efficiency and strategic impactFoster a culture of excellence by mentoring and developing associates, driving a high-performing team environmentBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or military experienceAt least 5 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting or a combinationAt least 1 year of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functionPreferred Qualifications:Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master's Degree in FinanceChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licenseAt least 6 years experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or a combinationAt least 3 years of experience managing a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) functionAt least 1 year of experience in people managementThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 for Manager, Financial AnalysisRichmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700 for Manager, Financial AnalysisCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
