About the role

Driven by a curious and collaborative spirit, the Fashion Strategy team unifies and guides the formulation and execution of key strategies and initiatives. The role supports strategic analysis and communication to leadership and teams across the division, helps build strong cross-functional relationships, and unifies objectives across projects. The position reports into the Senior Group Director, Fashion Strategy.

What impact you can create at CHANEL

  • Fashion Division Governance & Leadership Cadence: Coordinate governance, calendar, agendas, and materials for key leadership forums; manage the Fashion Division Priorities Tracker; ensure clear follow-through and leadership visibility.
  • Executive Communication & Strategic Storytelling: Support the development of executive-ready strategic decks (Budget, MTP, Country Review), talking points, and narratives; translate complex analysis into clear storytelling for senior audiences.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration & Project Management: Act as a strategic thought partner across functions; manage cross-functional initiatives, action planning, delivery cadence and milestones.
  • Engagement: Lead Fashion Division engagement moments such as Lunch & Learns, ensuring strong execution and speaker readiness.
  • Business Insight & Strategic Analysis: Support analysis and planning on strategic questions; monitor industry and competitive trends to inform leadership discussions.

Position Logistics

  • 5-7 years of professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Hybrid, NYC-based role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, index/match, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint (master formatting, charts, visual identity)
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 through $128,000. Base salary is one component of total compensation; other forms of variable pay, bonuses, benefits and/or perks may be offered.
