US Foods is seeking a Manager, Facility Operations to lead daily warehouse and facility activities in a high-volume wholesale foodservice environment. You will oversee building, refrigeration, material-handling equipment, and sanitation operations to ensure safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. Partner with warehouse and transportation leadership to optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and manage vendors and maintenance schedules.
You’ll lead, coach, and develop a facilities team, monitor KPIs and budgets, drive continuous improvement projects, and champion our safety and food-quality standards across the distribution center.
