Manager, Email & SMS Marketing (Fully Remote)

• Manages and mentors a team of Email and SMS Marketing Strategists and Specialists.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategy aligned with Lifeway’s goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns using enterprise platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• 3+ years of experience leading a marketing team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and dynamic content creation for visually engaging campaigns.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, translating metrics into strategic insights.
• Expertise in audience segmentation, list management, and email/SMS marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA).
