Manager Elevate HR (Fully Remote)

• This fully remote leadership role oversees a team of Client HR Partners supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.
• You will combine people leadership, HR expertise, operational oversight, and strategic client consultation.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team, ensuring consistent application of HR best practices and service standards.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or high-risk HR situations, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Review HR service metrics to guide coaching, operational improvements, and strengthen client outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree plus PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years leading HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and a consultative client-service approach.
