We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.What You'll Do:Supporting the needs of ManufacturingProviding alternate parts definition and control as requiredCreating an MRB Team and all necessary supporting documentationSupport technical Design Reviews of Electrical Wiring systemsMentor, train, and develop engineers in the Electrical Wiring teamReview and approve documentation such as test reports, BOMs, Drawings, etcUse your knowledge of industry standard components to select optimal parts to suit specific design applications and requirements.Follow industry best practices and guidance for the design and installation of the wire harnesses (AC 43.13-1B, AS50881, ASTM F2639)What You Need:10-years proven track record of leading multi-disciplined Electrical Harness Design teams in development and sustaining aircraft efforts including:Team Performance ReviewsManaging individual improvement plansSupporting Teams Technical GrowthSuccession planningBachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related fieldKnowledgeable of and supporting the needs and requirements of an Electrical Harness Fabrication facilityStrong understanding of the 2D / 3D Design Tool sets and how they communicate with one anotherKnowledge of the following tool sets: Mentor Graphics Capital & NX or similar drafting architecturesKnowledgeable of and supporting Electrical Harness Certification RequirementsProficient in Building and supporting Corporate Schedules, Budgets, Staffing Requirements and providing detailed updates of all of these to Senior LeadershipAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $172,800- $216,000.
