Shipfusion is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team supporting eCommerce brands using our tech-enabled fulfillment and logistics platform. You’ll own client health, retention, and growth by driving adoption of Shipfusion’s warehousing, inventory, and shipping solutions. Partner with Operations and Product to solve complex issues, analyze performance data, and implement improvements. You’ll build scalable processes, coach CSMs, and engage executive stakeholders.
