The Manager, Creative Services I will report to the Senior Manager, Creative Services and will be required to work in our headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC at least 3 days per week. This position will be responsible for managing the development and execution of branded consumer-facing creative to support the U.S. based Hanesbrands growth teams, brand marketing, ecommerce teams as well as other Hanesbrands licensee and international needs.
Responsibilities
* Independently manages the creative development, production and execution of trade and consumer-facing efforts for the US-based Hanes brand categories while ensuring brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints. Efforts include website, email, digital assets, packaging, sell-in materials, account specific needs, retail presentations, social, etc.
* Utilizing the creative brief process, collaborates with Brand Team as well as other customers in the development and evaluation of creative and brief objectives to drive business goals.
* Manages the communication to outside agencies and/or internal creative teams, as appropriate. This responsibility also includes organizing, analyzing, identifying scope of project, obtaining estimates, post production (upload to digital asset management system), ensuring brand consistency across the multiple consumer/trade touchpoints and routing creative for appropriate Product, Brand and Legal approval.
* Assists with packaging and ecommerce photoshoots. Including pre and post photoshoot planning and logistics and post image selects and retouching. May require travel.
* Establish and manage budgets for creative projects. Identifies cost efficiencies and process improvements.
* Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints - logo, trademark usage, imagery, etc.
* Maintain Project Status Reports and conduct regular status meetings insure timelines are being met.
* Work directly with vendors/Packaging Engineering to organize, spec, approve and insure the production of high quality, cost efficient printed materials.
* Independently manage all visual assets used to drive the brand business. Includes model/photographer usage rights, maintaining digital asset archive, as well as management of all photography shoots, as needed.
Qualifications
* Minimum Education/ Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
* Preferred Education/ Experience: Master's degree with 1+ relevant work experience.
* Requires extensive knowledge of photography, graphics, printing and other production processes.
* Must have experience working with ad agencies and have knowledge of their structure, functions and pricing frameworks.
* Experience establishing a budget for creative projects preferred.
* Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat.
* Subscribes to highest standards of business ethics.
