Pay Range: $90/hr - $95/hr

Job Summary: We are seeking a Manager - Corporate Reporting, this role oversees internal and external financial reporting and the global monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. The Manager will lead a team of analysts, ensure accurate consolidated financial statements, provide accounting guidance to global business units, and drive improvements in reporting processes and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements and analyses, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage global monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP General Ledger, HFM consolidation systems, and business operations to deliver meaningful financial insights.
• Lead, hire, train, and mentor a team of analysts.
• Provide guidance on accounting matters and Corporate Financial Instructions to support global business units’ reporting responsibilities.
• Lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, strengthen internal controls, and address evolving business needs.
• Maintain process documentation and policies to support accurate, effective, and reliable financial controls.
• Partner with the VP & Corporate Controller, Investor Relations, SEC Reporting, FP&A, and internal and external auditors.

Must-Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of financial statements, technical accounting, and/or SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Aptitude for financial systems, process improvement, and internal controls.
• Ability to manage complex reporting requirements and meet close deadlines.

Preferred qualifications

• CPA certification or an advanced degree in accounting or finance; prior team leadership experience; familiarity with HFM or other consolidation systems, SAP, and Workiva.

Industry Experience

• Experience with a large multinational organization comparable in size to a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
• A background supporting global financial consolidation, corporate reporting, and complex accounting operations is highly relevant.
