ManagerThe Manager is an onsite client-facing role that leads large business and technical projects. The Manager may work across multiple industries and functional areas and lead teams or programs involving multiple workstreams. The Manager supervises the work and day-to-day development of others and may take on formal people management responsibilities within their team.Managers within the Intelligent Operations – AI & Automation capability help clients redesign and improve operations through the application of automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven technologies. In addition to leading engagements, these Managers help identify opportunities for AI and automation, design future-state workflows that combine human and digital capabilities and work closely with business and technical teams to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of operations. Functional knowledge of automation tools and technologies such as RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Appian), process mining tools (e.g., Celonis), task mining (e.g., Mimica) and Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., GenAI, AI Agents). Understanding how data flows across business systems and supports automation and analytics initiatives.Delivery & Product Mindset: Exposure to software development or product life cycle concepts (SDLC, Agile, or Design Thinking). Ability to act as a product owner or solution lead, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with technical teams during implementation. Comfortable working in iterative environments where solutions evolve through prototyping, testing, and refinement.Curiosity and Continuous Learning: Demonstrates a curious and learning-oriented mindset, staying informed on emerging technologies such as generative AI, automation platforms, and AI agents. Designs solutions that drive sustainable operational improvement, not just technology deployment.$96,500 - $197,500 a year The estimated salary range for this role is $96,500 - $197,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable. Bonuses are awarded at Point B's discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance. Employees hired on or after October 1 are not eligible to participate in the current year's bonus or merit increase cycle.
