Manager, Compliance Auditor (Fully Remote)

This remote position focuses on strengthening compliance practices and risk management across nonprofit chapters. You will conduct audits, evaluate findings, and support corrective actions with clear communication. Key Responsibilities: Conduct compliance audits and assess adherence to organizational policies and applicable requirements. Analyze results, document findings, and recommend practical corrective actions. Collaborate with chapter teams and leadership to build trusted relationships and support governance. Requirements: At least 5 years of professional work experience; nonprofit compliance or auditing experience preferred. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to work remotely in the contiguous US and travel approximately 20% for meetings and visits.
