Oversee trader compensation data and maintain accurate compensation records and reporting Calculate monthly and annual incentive compensation in accordance with established policies and business requirements Coordinate with Corporate Accounting and external auditors to support year-end audits across domestic and international entities Contribute to monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and broader financial planning activities Analyze financial results and compensation trends to support management reporting and business decision-making Develop ad hoc financial analyses, models, and reports to support strategic initiatives and special projects Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
3+ years of experience in trader compensation from a hedge fund
Strong financial modeling
Strong Excel skills required
AI & SQL experience is a plus
