Clinical ManagerThe Clinical Manager provides a crucial leadership support role in the Clinical Department at Center for Donation and Transplant. The manager position requires a strong communicator with excellent time management and organizational skills. The manager focuses on front line operational support and reports to the Director of Clinical Operations (DCO); however, will be available and ready to assist cross departmental operations when necessary and where applicable.
The manager is expected to drive Donor Case operations, collect and report performance data, participate in process development/deviation management and assist the department with on-call responsibilities as required by staffing levels or donor activity.
