Leading enterprise carrier download strategy, the full-time remote Manager, Carrier Download will drive adoption, improve data quality, and manage relationships with vendors and carriers to enhance operational efficiency across the organization. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute the enterprise carrier download strategy, optimizing download capabilities across carriers and agencies Create and maintain a multi-year roadmap for download adoption aligned with growth and operational efficiency goals Serve as the subject matter expert for carrier download functionality, ensuring data quality and managing related processes Required qualifications: 7-9+ years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in a Property & Casualty agency or brokerage Deep understanding of Agency Management Systems; Applied Epic experience preferred Extensive knowledge of carrier download processes and insurance operational workflows Experience managing external vendors and outsourced operations Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving operations, technology, and finance
