Manager - Cardiovascular Services RN

Seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the clinical and operational aspects of a cardiac care unit.

Responsibilities include

• leading patient care processes, ensuring high-quality service, and managing clinical outcomes
• supervising staff, workflows, policies, and procedures across multiple clinics and outreach sites
• driving clinical skill development and enhancing customer and employee satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Montana RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a relevant specialty
• At least 1 year in a leadership role with understanding of quality outcome measures

Preferred

• Master's Degree in Nursing
• ACLS certification and extensive cardiovascular nursing experience
