They will optimize the impact of Global Supply Chain programs across stakeholders while using deep analytical insights and machine learning / AI to make data driven decisions and recommendations.How you'll make an impact:Collaborate with stakeholders from BUs, functions and regions to understand business challenges, problems and opportunities. Design, develop and implement innovative solutions, from idea to incubation to scaling, both technical (e.g., metrics dashboards, meta-data additions to enhance reporting and analytics) and non-technical (e.g., process changes, simplified workflow changes).Partner with IT and other software development partners to architect, drive design, implement operational performance improvement for BUs, functions and regions/plants. Continually improve user experience for Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.Perform complex data analysis and identify opportunities to improve training, processes, systems and product data quality.Drive the development and manage the execution of “art of the possible” POC/POV/pilots on a product lines and manufacturing areas to qualify and validate manufacturing processes; analyze results and make recommendations.Train, coach and guide lower-level employees on scaling solutions, driving results and change management.Lead and establish complex project plans to ensure deliverables are completed to customer’s expectations, using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Project Plan, Risk Analysis, etc.).Develop training and documentation materials (e.g., work instructions) for production to enable seamless knowledge transfer of project and manufacturing processes.Create processes and procedures (e.g., SOPs, work instructions) for applicable Supply Chain functions.What you'll need (Required):Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field with 8 years of previous related experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteriaExperience in architecting, developing and deploying business intelligence, analytics and reporting solutions to internal and external stakeholdersWhat else we look for (Preferred):MBALean Six Sigma Black Belt certificationExperience working in a large manufacturing companyExperience working in a medical device and/or regulated industryProven successful project management skillsProven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Advanced Excel, Global Supply Chain, and relational databases systemsExperience in manufacturing systems (e.g., MES, ERP) required.
