Manager, Business AnalystsAmerico is hiring a full time Manager, Business Analysts to join our expanding team! The hours for this position are 8:00-5:00, on-site at our downtown Kansas City, MO office location.OverviewThe Business and Quality Analysis department is responsible for partnering with business units to define, shape, and support strategic initiatives through effective analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution development. This role supports business unit leaders, analysts, QA leadership, and technology teams and plays a key role in transforming the Business Analysis function into an embedded business-partner model within established guidelines and service level expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and operationalize the embedded Business Analyst (BA) model in partnership with senior leadership and analysts.Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts and BA-leaning hybrid contributors.Build strong, consultative relationships with business unit leaders and senior stakeholders.Partner closely with the QA Manager to govern shared BA/QA initiatives, standards, and practices.Establish and evolve BA practice standards related to analysis, requirements, and stakeholder engagement.Drive strategic transformation initiatives while respecting institutional knowledge and team culture.Mentor analysts at all tenure levels, fostering growth, capability development, and strategic impact.Required QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of progressive Business Analysis leadership experience, including direct people management.Demonstrated success building or evolving a BA function toward an embedded partnership model.Experience managing analysts across varying experience levels, including senior contributors.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills with senior business leaders.Proven ability to develop talent through coaching, career pathing, and stretch assignments.Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and create clarity and direction.Strong strategic thinking and change management capabilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in environments with closely aligned Business Analysis and Quality Assurance functions.Experience driving organizational or functional transformation initiatives.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.About UsAmerico: We're in this for life!
