- 5+ years of Communications experience required with high profile brands or agency account management.
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
- Track record of delivering results against tight deadlines, while meeting all goals on time and on budget.
- Strong planning, prioritization and project management competencies.
- Ability to work autonomously while understanding global nature of the brand.
- Self-starter with a passion for innovation and attention to detail.
- Skilled at building relationships and strong collaboration across teams and functions nationally.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and presentations.
- Able to travel as needed; work flexible hours/days of week and weekends to be aligned with TBP on minimum experience required as Manager.
