We're hiring on behalf of our client who is a well-established, privately held, developer/owner/manager of Class-A+ multifamily. They are a very stable, well-funded company who has developed 40K+ units, with 15+ projects in the pipeline throughout the Southeast & Texas and continuing to expand. Our client is looking for an Asset Management Associate to support the asset management function across their portfolio of new construction multifamily projects.
Key details:
- Assist in reviewing monthly property financials and operating reports
- Track performance against underwriting, including revenue, expenses, and NOI
- Analyze and explain variances to proforma
- Support underwriting, including rent, expense, and market assumptions
- Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Some travel required
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-3+ years of relevant corporate finance or commercial real estate experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Understanding of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, cap rates)
