Mercury is seeking a Manager, Executive Business Partners to lead and develop the team that supports leaders across Mercury. You will also provide support for one or two of our executives in addition to managing the team, and you'll shape AI-driven executive support to drive efficient operations.
You will build operating principles, coach a high‑performing team, partner with senior leaders, and scale systems, tools, and workflows as Mercury grows.
