In this fast-paced role, you’ll design and deliver training focused on smart home security sales, installation fundamentals, and customer success best practices. You will coach cohorts, track performance, and refine curriculum to align with our entrepreneurial, results-driven culture.
Partner closely with field leaders to ensure graduates are placement-ready, drive adoption of best practices nationwide, and help scale a high-growth security organization.
