$90.00/hr - $95.00/hr

Responsibilities:
- Own and run the PMO and governance layer for large SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Establish and manage program planning, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and financial tracking .
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts , with focus on SD / Order-to-Cash, Services, and Manufacturing .
- Provide clear, concise executive-level status reporting to leadership and steering committees.
- Coordinate across multiple SAP workstreams, vendors, and system integrators to ensure alignment.
- Proactively identify risks, raise issues early, and help drive decisions to resolution.
- Track budgets, forecasts, change requests , and ensure transparency with no surprises.
- Partner closely with plant, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions align with real-world automotive processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, PMO leadership, or SAP program management.
- Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations .
- Solid understanding of SAP SD / Order-to-Cash, Services in a manufacturing environment .
- Prior experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industries.
- Proven ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and steering committees .
- Experience bridging business expectations and SAP delivery realities .
- Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, high-visibility programs .
