Role Overview
Apply your management consulting expertise to help improve how AI models analyze and solve complex business problems. In this remote contractor role, you will evaluate model reasoning, develop high-quality training materials, and provide expert feedback for high-impact AI training and evaluation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI model responses to business strategy and consulting-style problems.
- Write high-quality prompts, model answers, and detailed feedback.
- Apply structured frameworks to assess reasoning quality and identify gaps.
- Use structured problem solving, business analysis, and sharp written communication to help raise model performance to expert level.
- Work with the project team as guidelines evolve.
Qualifications
- At least one year of experience at a top consulting firm, such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, LEK, Oliver Wyman, or similar, with at least part of that experience within the past 7 years.
- Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.
- Based in an English-speaking country with excellent written English.
- Skills in business strategy, problem solving, business analysis, market research, financial analysis, stakeholder management, and business writing.
Work Terms
- Remote contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $245–$280 per hour.
