Management ConsultantThe Management Consultant directs multiple complex projects and provides strategic initiative management support to enhance organizational performance and operational effectiveness. This role leads process improvement efforts, ensures quality and compliance of work products, and delivers executive coaching to support successful implementation of high-priority initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDirect and manage multiple complex, high-visibility projects simultaneouslyProvide initiative management support to ensure alignment with strategic objectivesLead process improvement efforts to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and complianceReview work products and deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and organizational standardsDevelop project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metricsProvide executive coaching and advisory support to leadership on project execution and operational improvementsIdentify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions as neededQualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:Strong expertise in business process analysis and re-engineering methodologiesExceptional executive communication and presentation skillsAbility to influence and advise senior leadershipStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, or related fieldPMP/DHS mid-level PM (or equivalent)Minimum 7 years of experience OR 5 years with a Master's degree or higherAbility to pass employment background check and obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)Pay and BenefitsThe annual salary range for this position is $145,000 to $160,000.
