The two vacancies can be filled in any of the locations listed. The following are the duties of this position at the GS-11. If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties, and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
- Analyze and report on subtle trends and patterns in agency activities and determine cause and interrelationship. Perform root cause analysis and corrective action planning with business areas as indicated by trends.
- Provide objectively based information and recommendations in support of post payment planning, development, evaluation, and managerial decision-making.
- Identify, analyze, and make recommendations to resolve conventional problems and situations.
