Management And Program Analyst (Wildland Fire - Incident Business)
As a Management and Program Analyst (Wildland Fire - Incident Business) your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Develops project charters, plans, schedules, and governance routines; monitors progress; resolves issues; and implements corrective actions to maintain alignment with objectives, schedule, and resource constraints.
- Conducts analyses of proposed program changes, including impacts of legislative and regulatory requirements, long-range goals, resource needs, and stakeholder impacts, and incident business.
- Applies qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze program and business data included budget and financial management.
- Conducts comprehensive reviews of wildland fire program business processes and internal controls; identifies gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; and develops recommendations to strengthen standardization, accountability, and cost effectiveness.
- Prepares and delivers briefings, executive summaries, decision memoranda, and presentations that translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for leaders.
