TFMMS AnalystDutiesYou will serve as a TFMMS Analyst and advisor to leadership on the evaluation of the effectiveness of the total force manpower program and the efficient use of manpower resourcesYou will be responsible for the oversight and analysis of all aspects of an Activity Manpower Document.You will be responsible for the quantity and quality audit review of billets; coordinate action(s) with the activities, that are out-of-balance.You will organize and assemble manpower data to prepare manpower reports and presentations for supervisor, supported activities, or echelon I and II staffs.Requirements Conditions of employmentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:Demonstrating mastery of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, force design methodologies, and long-range workforce planning principles;Working knowledge of Department of the Navy and Department of War programs, missions, and policies related to Total Force Manpower and Force Design;Understanding of Navy organizational and command structures;Executing enterprise-level manpower data calls and utilizing manpower systems.
