Specialized experience includes duties related to the following:Demonstrating mastery of quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques, force design methodologies, and long-range workforce planning principles;Working knowledge of Department of the Navy and Department of War programs, missions, and policies related to Total Force Manpower and Force Design;Understanding of Navy organizational and command structures;Executing enterprise-level manpower data calls and utilizing manpower systems.
