Duties
You will begin lead management of Total Force (TF) requirements across systems, data, and analytics for military and civilian workforce domains.
You will integrate requirements across disparate functional areas, ensuring a cohesive enterprise approach that eliminates redundancy and promotes interoperability.
You will maintain full traceability of requirements from initial identification through implementation.
You will provide authoritative expertise in manpower, Human Capital (HC) management, and Human Resources (HR) to support enterprise workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
