Job Summary
Conduct analyses of Taxpayer Services eServices programs, policies, and processes to eliminate non-value-added steps, improve operational efficiency, build QA test plans, conduct system testing, and provide internal technical support.
Core Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct operational and system analyses, surveys, and comprehensive reports.
- Build QA test plans, execute system testing, and analyze system performance.
- Provide technical assistance and helpdesk support to troubleshoot customer and system issues.
- Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies (Arizona Management System / AMS).
Required Experience & Technical Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of management analysis experience.
- Technical Skills:
- XML (Altova XMLSpy)
- SQL (MS SQL Server Management Studio)
- Azure DevOps
- Quality Assurance testing & technology systems analysis
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect/synthesize data, troubleshoot problems, and develop actionable solutions.
Preferred & Knowledge Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience in Tax Administration or public sector environments.
- Knowledge of public administration, automated information systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and Windows environments.
