To support a growing Finance team, the full-time Management Accountant will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while working remotely from Australia. Key responsibilities Lead the annual budget process and rolling forecast cycles, collaborating with department leaders Prepare accurate financial reports and management accounts, ensuring compliance with statutory standards Examine operating costs and conduct pricing analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, management accounting, or corporate finance Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated experience in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis for multi-entity businesses Strong financial modelling skills, including experience in valuation and capital investment appraisal Proficiency in accounting and reporting tools such as Xero, Excel, and Domo
