Managed Services Specialist

Providing hands-on traffic operations and product support for the NHL managed services engagement, the full-time Managed Services Specialist will work remotely to process orders, manage broadcast logs, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure operational continuity in a fast-paced sports broadcasting environment. Key responsibilities Provide operational support for pre-game, in-game, and post-game broadcast logs across assigned NHL team properties Process traffic workflows in WO Traffic, including order entry, log preparation, and reconciliation of broadcasts Manage schedule changes and communicate potential delivery issues while maintaining accurate workflows from order entry through billing Required qualifications 2+ years of hands-on broadcast traffic experience in live sports programming or a deadline-driven sports media environment 2+ years of experience using and supporting WO Traffic, including log preparation and billing workflows Experience managing multiple properties or client groups with competing priorities Strong technical aptitude to investigate and document workflow issues Ability to work within a defined coverage schedule and provide occasional support outside standard business hours
