The position offers a salary range of USD 124,000 to 280,000 per year and requires a Bachelor's degree plus at least six years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage, including roadmap development.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to support client operations and strategic goals, including AWS data engineering and Redshift.
- Build and maintain data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence efforts using DataStage and ETL.
- Implement data visualization tools to provide actionable insights and improve client outcomes, leveraging SQL Server and DB2.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data challenges and opportunities, ensuring managed services align with SLAs.
- Coach and motivate teams to solve complex problems and deliver high-quality results.
- Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client projects, including workload orchestration and scheduling.
- Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to refine solutions, including CSAT-driven performance tuning.
- Direct teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure and sound judgment.
