In this role you provide strategic financial guidance to clients, focusing on analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management to support sound business decisions. You'll validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback, and navigate complex scenarios with composure. This position blends technical excellence with leadership to deliver high-quality advisory services at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decisions
  • Manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Provide accurate financial insights and guidance to clients through data analysis
  • Oversee risk management processes to optimize financial performance
  • Direct teams through complex financial projects and maintain composure under pressure
  • Craft and convey clear, holistic financial narratives
  • Apply systems thinking to identify underlying financial problems and opportunities
  • Validate outcomes with clients and act on client feedback to improve service delivery
  • Initiate open coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams
  • Model and reinforce professional and technical standards within the firm

Key requirements

  • Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Current pursuit of CPA or active CPA (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP/accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Intacct, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Ramp, and Double
  • Advanced skills in financial accounting and reporting
  • Strong analytical and storytelling abilities
  • Experience leading teams through complex financial scenarios
