Responsibilities
- Design and implement modifications to assigned Epic system applications.
- Analyze and resolve complex issues while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in Epic system applications.
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred.
- Proven experience in leading project management initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of Epic and US healthcare workflows.
- Demonstrated innovative problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Mentoring and developing team members effectively.
- Managing multiple broad‑scope projects simultaneously.
- Collaborating across teams to develop change management strategies.
- Understanding industry standards and audit requirements.
- Knowledge of patient care databases and financial applications.
