Responsibilities

  • Design and implement modifications to assigned Epic system applications.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Epic system applications.
  • Master's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration/Management preferred.
  • Proven experience in leading project management initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Epic and US healthcare workflows.
  • Demonstrated innovative problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Mentoring and developing team members effectively.
  • Managing multiple broad‑scope projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborating across teams to develop change management strategies.
  • Understanding industry standards and audit requirements.
  • Knowledge of patient care databases and financial applications.
