As a Manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success, maintaining top standards, and leveraging team strengths to deliver on client expectations.Responsibilities:Manage and lead projects related to building modern data ecosystemsConvert insights into strategic opportunitiesLead teams and manage client accountsFocus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staffMaintain project success and uphold rigorous standardsLeverage team strengths to meet client expectationsDevelop and implement impactful data strategiesFoster a collaborative and top-performance team environmentWhat You Must Have:Bachelor's Degree10 years of experience in data and analytics management with at least 8 years of experience of leading various data and analytics program/initiatives of large sizes with 3 years experience managing and delivering Managed Data and Analytics programs (Managed services and Managed assets)What Sets You Apart:Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer and Information Science preferredPMP certification or accredited scrum masterExperience with ITIL processesLeading Data & Analytics projectsDesigning and delivering Data processing activitiesLeading discussions for large transformation initiativesManaging risks and issues related to Data and AnalyticsIdentifying new opportunities for growthLeading cloud scale development effortsTravel Requirements: Up to 60%The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
