Supporting customer accounts post-implementation, the full-time Managed Services Consultant will assist users in navigating the platform, executing managed services activities, and ensuring operational continuity while working remotely. Key responsibilities Provide post-enablement support to customers by guiding them through platform navigation and recurring workflows Execute managed services activities, including configuration support, monitoring coordination, and operational requests Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform issues and ensure timely communication with stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, business, operations, or a related field Relevant experience in managed services, customer operations, or SaaS delivery Understanding of IT operations, SaaS applications, and post-enablement adoption workflows ITIL v4 knowledge or certification preferred Demonstrable experience supporting customer accounts or post-implementation SaaS adoption
