Loloi Rugs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Managed Accounts Team full-time in Dallas, TX.

The Managed Accounts Team serves as the primary operational point of contact for some of Loloi's largest national retail customers. Each Account Manager is responsible for a portfolio of assigned retail customer accounts and is responsible for building customer relationships, navigating complex operational challenges, coordinating across multiple departments, and ensuring successful order execution.

Please note, this role is on-site five days a week at our headquarters in Farmers Branch.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of national retail accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering a high level of service and professionalism.
  • Partner with Sales, Planning, Warehousing, Logistics, and EDI to resolve order, inventory, shipping, and process-related challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple customer priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Manage customer portals and order workflows to ensure orders are received, processed, shipped, and invoiced accurately.
  • Monitor inventory availability, analyze backorders, and communicate proactive solutions to customers.
  • Coordinate freight options, shipping solutions, and order execution to meet customer requirements.
  • Issue return authorizations, coordinate credits, and resolve shipping discrepancies within established service levels.
  • Maintain quality standards and departmental performance expectations, including monthly QA metrics.
  • Attend departmental meetings and collaborate with internal teams to support business initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively navigate multiple business systems.
  • Able to communicate confidently with both customers and internal business partners.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently.
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Curious and eager to learn complex operational processes.

Preferred Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, or another customer-facing business environment involving account ownership, operations, or cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities while coordinating across multiple teams is highly preferred.
