Mammography Technologist Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with and ability to use selected equipment (as applicable)
• Exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision‑making to achieve department and organizational objectives.
• Backup the imaging center manager during policy or workflow changes and serve as stand‑in when the manager is off site.
• Share information effectively and provide appropriate direction to team members.
• Delegate responsibility and authority to team members.
• Apply knowledge of state and federal health and safety regulations.
• Utilize general computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Demonstrate passion for patient care, sound judgement, and remain professional in all situations.
• Show effective communication, interpersonal skills, and respect with patients, guests, and colleagues.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize work with a structured approach, and solve complex problems.

Qualifications

• ARRT(R)(M) certification
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
• BLS certification
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience (preferred)

Pay Range: $36.00 - $46.00 per hour
