Under the general supervision of the Imaging Services Director, the Mammography Technologist operates dedicated, specialized mammography radiographic equipment, formulates/calculates technical image facts and positions patients in order to produce diagnostic images of normal and abnormal human breast tissue and associated issue and related unusual changes/conditions for use by physician in making medical diagnosis. Responsible for performing routine to complex diagnostic procedures in diagnostic mammography under the direction of a licensed radiologist.

- Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology
- Licensed Radiology Technologist by the State of California
- Mammographic Radiologic Technology certification by the State of California

Position Pay Range: $26.84- $44.48/hour
