About the Role

Rome Health is actively recruiting a per‑diem Mammography Technologist to support our Medical Imaging Department. In this role you will conduct diagnostic mammography examinations in a busy hospital setting, ensuring high image quality and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients and prepare them for diagnostic mammography procedures.
• Operate and troubleshoot mammography equipment, ensuring image quality and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other technologists to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Adhere to hospital and regulatory quality control standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Preferred experience in quality control and biopsy, but willing to train.
• Experience working in a hospital imaging environment is preferred.
• Strong commitment to image quality and patient safety.
