Requirements of the Mammography Technologist:
- Must have an Associate or a Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or a related field.
- Must have a New York State License.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification is preferred.
- Any medical background (EMT, CMA, Medical Assistant) is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Mammography Technologist is preferred.
