Mammography Technologist Lead

Location: UCHealth Harmony Campus 2127, Fort Collins, CO

Work Schedule: Full Time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $42.01 - $58.82 per hour. Pay depends on relevant experience.

This position is onsite and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

Summary

Leads mammography team members by demonstrating and providing advanced knowledge of job responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide monitoring, coaching, and evaluation of team members' performance, especially in productivity and quality management.
• Serve as a positive role model, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
• Assist with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision‑making/problem solving.
• Perform responsibilities of the underlying job and provide guidance to team members on handling complex or novel issues.
• Oversee equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Apply critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Registered as a Technologist (RT) and certified in mammography (M) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date.
• BLS or CPR card must remain valid through the first sixty days of hire.
