What you’ll be doing

We are looking for a dedicated Mammography Technologist to bring life-saving breast cancer screenings to patients.

• Provide excellent patient care with professionalism and empathy.
• Communicate with radiologists and work efficiently with team members.
• Perform precise, prompt, and high-quality mammography examinations.
• Select appropriate imaging techniques; operate console and peripheral hardware.
• Enter and monitor patient data.
• Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment.
• Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service – provide excellent patient care, acting with professionalism and empathy at all times.
• Ensure a high level of quality and service is delivered to all organizational patients.
• Work independently without supervision.
• Utilize problem-solving skills.
• Perform a variety of tasks and work under general supervision.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a technologist (preferred).
• Superior communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, always putting the patient first.
• Ability to manage time productively within the department guidelines.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Certified in mammography, possesses ARRT credentials and current Arizona State licensure.
• Breast ultrasound experience helpful; training will be provided.
• Safety-sensitive position.
