A Day In The Life
- Understands, promotes and demonstrates the Solis Way
- Consistently practices excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique
- Effectively communicates procedures and educates women about regular mammography and preventative breast health
- Communicates with doctors, patients and other employees on an individual and small group basis
- Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes complicated written or oral instructions
- Maintains patient‑first focus at all times and exhibits outstanding customer service skills
- Performs other work‑related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program and current certification by ARRT in Radiography
- ARRT advanced level certification in mammography with documentation of clinical experience, or MQSA qualified and (M) registry eligible
- Current on all required continuing education and continuing experience as required by MQSA and ARRT
- High School Diploma; Associate’s degree preferred
- Non‑restricted licensure in state work location
- Knowledge of database software, RIS/PACS software is preferred
- Two years of experience in mammography preferred
- Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred
- Prior quality control experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend medical terminology
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Hourly Rate: $38.00 to $49.00 commensurate with experience
- Sign‑On Bonus up to $15,000* for qualified Mammography Technologists (ARRT (M))
