Responsibilities
As a Mammography Technologist, you will join a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
Schedule
Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm, 8:30 am–5:00 pm or 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with a monthly Saturday rotation.
You Will
- Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other devices with adherence to established policies and protocols.
- Produce high‑quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.
- Understand and use compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, photo‑cell selection and other adjustments and factors on the equipment to produce high‑quality images.
- Monitor patients’ well‑being during exams; recognize discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
- Guide patients through the process by kindly explaining steps and answering questions and concerns.
- Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
- Demonstrate competency in safeguarding patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguard on‑site medications in accordance with company policies, procedures and legal requirements.
- Demonstrate respect for company property, including cash and patient financial information on site or on patient portals.
- Be responsive to the needs of others by exhibiting and maintaining professional behavior toward patients and coworkers.
- Respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities during all interactions.
- Interact diplomatically and sympathetically with patients, their families, and the public in a clinical setting.
- Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have
- ARRT(R)(M) certification.
- State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
- BLS certification.
- At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.

Pay Range: $35.00 – $46.00 per hour
