Job Title: Mammography Technologist

Location: Houston, TX 77025

Duration: 4 months with possible contract extensions

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (hours may vary based on travel)

Responsibilities

• Drive the mobile mammography unit to scheduled screening events throughout Houston, Huntsville, and surrounding areas.
• Perform daily quality control (QC) checks on mammography equipment before each event.
• Conduct screening mammograms following established protocols.
• Deliver compassionate, professional patient care and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT Certification
• Mammography Registry
• Texas Medical Board (TMB) Certification/Licensure
• Current BLS Certification
• Experience performing screening mammography exams
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred but not required

Preferred Skills

• Mobile imaging or RV/mobile unit driving experience
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented

Travel Requirements

• Travel required 3-5 days per week to mobile event locations.
• Candidate will report to Houston headquarters and travel to event sites in the mobile unit.
