Responsibilities:
- Complete a 40-hour initial Mammography Training Course Webinar with 8-hours of training in digital mammography included (Radnet will reimburse you).
- Complete 8-hours of training in Tomosynthesis (Radnet will reimburse you).
- Pass the California State Mammography Licensing Exam (Radnet will reimburse you).
- Career Advancement Opportunity available for a dedicated and caring professional to cross-train into mammography.
- Be provided hands-on training in mammography once you have your California State Mammography License.
- Become a full-time mammography technologist with RadNet once certified.
- Participate in projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management. Demonstrates competency regarding the need to safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information.
- Safeguards any on-site medications in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and any legal requirements.
- Demonstrates respect for company property, including any cash and patient financial information on-site or on patient portals.

To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:
- A current California State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and ARRT (R) certification.
- BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association.
- The keen interest and ability to learn new skills in advanced radiology procedures such as Tomosynthesis, biopsies, and procedures.
- Be resilient, adaptable and compassionate. Patients can be nervous about their exams; we look to you to provide a calm and friendly demeanor, and provide a professional and positive healthcare delivery experience.
- Be quick thinking and have the ability to take appropriate action on-the-fly should an emergent situation arise.
